Our Fast Track Resolution Service has been introduced to help us resolve straightforward and urgent issues as quickly as possible.
We've listened to customer feedback and created a dedicated process for issues that can often be resolved without the investigation required for a standard warranty claim.
By keeping these requests separate, our team can review them sooner, respond faster and, where appropriate, arrange replacement items or parts without unnecessary delay.
Fast Track Resolution is designed for:
* Missing items or parts from your delivery
* Straightforward faulty or damaged items
* Security-related concerns requiring urgent attention
* Other simple issues that we may be able to resolve quickly
* Please complete the form below with as much information as possible.
* Providing clear details and photographs where requested will help our team assess your request and get the right solution to you as quickly as possible.
Polite Notice
Fast Track Resolution is not a replacement for our Warranty Service
* Some issues require further information, investigation or technical assessment and therefore cannot be resolved through the Fast Track process.
* If, after reviewing your submission, we determine that your request requires a full warranty assessment, you do not need to submit your claim again. We will ensure it continues to be treated as a priority and transfer it to our Warranty Team for further investigation.
* Where necessary, further correspondence will be handled through warranty@hallmarkpanels.com.
* Our aim is simple: to get the right issues to the right team sooner and resolve your problem as quickly as we can.
