Triple certification is an audited scheme that ensures our composite fire doors meet strict fire, smoke and enhanced PAS24:2016 / PAS24:2022 security standards (SBD Secured By Design).
This means that not only are our composite fire doors tested but are externally audited to inspect that they are consistently manufactured correctly. Regularly taking doors from production and testing to ensure they still meet the standards required.
Fully tested to consistently prove performance to ensure compliance with all requirements of MHCLG, BS EN 1634 for Fire resistance and Smoke control, PAS 24 enhanced security and third party certified and audited for fire, smoke and security by Q Mark. Providing both specifiers and fabricators the assurance required when specifying and manufacturing Fire Doors.

Fire Doors are available with integral top lights and separate top light options as well as full and flag side lights. Doors can be ordered with multiple side lights on one side of the door.
Designed by Winkhaus UK, FireFrame® fulfils this criteria and ideally suits the Winkhaus AV2 multipoint locking system which is widely specified. Also includes the optional blueMatic AV2-E. High performance pultruded GRP outer frame profile, finished in White.
Located in the fabric of the door the ArmorShield™ device shroud’s the locking cylinder and helps protect it from attack from crow bars, mole grips and large screwdrivers!

Our composite FD30 fire doors are tested up to 885 degrees Celcius, withstanding fire exposure to both sides to achieve a ‘pass’ result. All composite fire doors have passed with a minimum performance of 39 minutes. The image shows the test results at 30 minutes & 8 seconds successfully meeting the minimum target. Lasting up to the 39-minute point.

Hallmark composite fire door sets are Q Mark accredited for both fire and security performance and are marked to identify the door set performance.
Our doors are marked with an identification plug in the side of the door leaf near the top hinge with a code that identifies the performance for the door.
The door supplied is Q Mark certified for SECURITY resistance, there is an identification label on the hinge or upper edge of the door leaf that identifies the performance for the door.
This helps identify every doors performance on site vs a paper certificate that can be lost or damaged.
